Therapy is a partnership between the client and the therapist. Coaching is often more interactive and action-oriented than traditional therapy. And while coaching deepens your self-learning and self-acceptance in the same way that therapy might, at the same time it also gives you the tools, support, and direction to “move on” into new possibilities, relationships, and behaviours. It is important that everyone seeks the appropriate kind of support for the issues they face, and in some cases, a client may require both coaching and therapy. *I UnderstandI Don’t UnderstandCancellation / Late Policy: Therapy/Coaching sessions operate on an appointment basis to allow us to give our clients an appointment when needed and to allow seamless functionality. All appointments, once made will be considered confirmed.• We ask that you give us 24hours notice for cancellations. Any missed appointment (no show) or late cancellations (made less than 24hours of time slot) will be charged in full and NOT credited towards another appointment. except in emergencies and this will be at the discretion of the Coach• Appointments that are cancelled before 24 hours may be rescheduled within the same day/week/month, based on availability.• If you are more than 30 minutes late for a one-hour appointment, your appointment is considered a “no show”, and you will be charged for the full appointment.
